What To Expect:
When I do a model call it is usually to explore a styling idea or a theme, or to practice with new lighting techniques. This means that the session may flow a bit differently to my usual full shoots. It means I may ask my models to hold the same pose for a long time, or to wear the same dress for the whole session.
When I do a full shoot I have many changes of dress, use hairdryers to give a “wind in the hair” effect and generally have a fast paced fun shoot. Model calls can be a little different to that although there may be time to do a couple of dress changes at the end. It all depends on how long the session is taking and how the wee model is feeling.
The session will be around an hour to an hour and a half. Your family will receive a gift of one 5×7 inch matted print for your child’s time. You are welcome to bring other children along to the session for some photos, but the main focus will be on the child who is modelling. You are welcome to buy further prints of your child after the session. These start at $150 per print.
