Amazing twins
I absolutely love taking photos of twins! So far I have had three sets of twins through my studio including three sets of non-identical twins. I have also had one set of triplets, one being non-identical to the other two identical twins.
Competition winners
Bella and Charlotte‘s mum won a competition for a free portrait session and a beautiful print. I ran this competition in August on my Facebook page. I am so grateful to all those that entered and liked my page.
A Black and White image
Charlotte and Bella were excited to come and see me for the shoot. Their mum decided she would love one black-and-white image for her wall. The girls wore black singlets which perfectly complemented the plain pale grey background and their beautiful dark curly hair.
I took several shots in different outfits. I was so excited while doing the shoot as the girls were so good at posing. Charlotte is into drama and perfectly nailed the dramatic face I needed to really give the images some punch. Bella is a dancer and has beautiful arms and legs when posing.
This is a wonderful example of how a simple black singlets can be a wonderful cheap and timeless outfit for a shoot. They never date and your eyes focus on the beautiful faces in the image, not on the clothing. I’m extremely happy with the final black and white image which their Mum chose. With some simple framing this image will never date and will have pride of place on the wall for many years to come.
